Check-in and Tournament Timeline

 

 

Arrival: Plan to arrive at the Harbour Pointe Golf Club at least 1 hour before the 9:00 am start. 

 

Tournament Check-in: After parking your car proceed to the Tournament Check-in tables located in front of the clubhouse. There you'll get checked in and provided with important tournament information. You'll get your cart number and find out which golf hole you'll be starting on. Your swag bag will be in your assigned golf cart. 

 

Online Auction: Will start on April 20th and be accessible online and end when lunch starts. 

 

Warm-up:  The Driving Range & Putting Green are reserved for the Tournament.

 

Mega Putt: Join us on the putting green for a Mega Putt contest.  Place your name on one of your golf balls and putt for a chance to win a prize. 

 

Tournament Start: At 9 am there will be a welcoming address. When you hear the siren please go to the golf cart staging area. When complete you'll be escorted out to your starting golf hole. 

 

Lunch Check-in: Once the tournament's over go to the check-in table for the lunch. Check-in is located at "The Pointe" restaurant lobby area, accessed from the main front doors on the west side. You will pick up your drink tickets and pay for any mulligans ($20 donation to the YMCA and can purchase up to 4 mulligans). 

 

Lunch and Awards: 1:30 - 3:30 pm
